I use to exercise and walk every morning now I am so busy or I just don't feel like working out or walking bye myself I don't eat right I am not a breafast person I drink coffee in the morning because it is to early to eat so I don't get hungrey until 10 or later I hate the way I look right now I need to lose at lease 30 pounds can some one please help me

I feel like you just described me! I have lost about 40 lbs., and I have 40 more to go, at least that is my goal. I did this 2 years ago and lost 50 lbs. and then turned around and put it all back on. This time I am doing it right, and yea sometimes I slip, but tomorrow is a new day and I just get back on track. I swear by walking. When I walk I feel thinner and healthier, but if I don't I feel fat and terrible, but weather you walk or not don't give up on trying to loose the 30 lbs. Anything you do is better than nothing! If you only walk once a week then that is better than no times a week. If you are use to eating 2500 calories a day and you get thru a couple weeks of only eating 2000 calories a day then you have cut 7000 calories out of your life style in 2 weeks. Then the next 2 weeks you you only eat 1500 calories a day, and you have cut another 7000 calories. By then your appetite is getting smaller and you are getting use to eating less. Then at night you drink some ice water that way you are putting something into your mouth to satisfy the evening hungry. I use to get up all thru the night and eat, I have trained myself to go back to bed and leave the food alone. If you loose enough to wear one size less than you were, than you'll have the encouragement to move down to the next time. It helps me to tell myself that if I give up then I'll go back to looking heavier and feeling unhealthy again. Good luck to you and I hope this helped

This may sound silly but the Fat Smasher Diet really worked for me, I lost like 15 pounds just doing phase 1 of the diet. What I am using now is unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar and distilled water. You just drink it 3 times a day, but you have to cut out sugars and just general things that aren't good for you. You take 2 teaspoons of ACV and a glass of distilled water, you can also add honey to the drink, it tastes good with honey. I have noticed a big difference in my weight. I get better results when I work out. You can find more info at the Bragg website.

You know I have a two year old and a house to clean so I don't really have time either. Not really that old but what I do is sit ups before I got to bed. I'm trying to lose weight too ... that is about the easiest thing for me right now though.
