my cuz is 12 and she was back tracing on the enternet to see what her dad was looking at and it was porn! also she went snoping throught her dads back pack(he's in collage) and found a ladies #! also shes herd her name said before her dad said "i just going to go study with some guys and Linda." and he had to go make a privet phone call like 10 min agao! so ya were really afride! should she tell her mom? she afride shell get intruble 4 "snouping" and she thiks that if she tells that her parents might split up!!! plz help!!!

Tell your cousin to NOT discuss it with her father b/c he'll either be angry with her or deny everything.
Tell your cousin to talk to her mom. Your cousin's mom deserves to know. Her mom has infinitely more life experience than your cousin and so she'll know what's best for both her marriage and her daughter.
I'm sorry your cousin is in this situation. I knew someone who went through the porno addiction thing and their family suffered much and their daughter had many inferiority complexes b/c of it. Don't let this happen to your cousin.

First of all, if your 12 yr old cousin thinks her father's having an affair, she's not the only one. It's certain and definite that others around her, probably even her mother, suspect that something is up. So don't worry about it is my advice.
And as for porn, nearly every man in the country, married or not, looks at porn occasionally, if not often. So that's not as big of a deal as you might think.

Your cousin should simply stay out of it. It's none of her business and yes she is wrong to snoop. Whatever happens, she should remember that she is a child, and it's not her place to involve herself in what is going on between her parents. Even if that means keeping what she knows to herself, she shouldn't put herself in the middle of her parents relationship. It would be wrong. As for the porn, well that's an ADULT thing and he has every right to look at porn since he is an adult! Again, it's none of her business.

the best idea is do nothing -- there may be other explanations --- and most guys will check out porn at some stage --- it does not really mean anything --- i als suggest she stop reading too much into what she sees and hears -- and stop snooping --- best wishes (i say this as a father of 3 children now all over 20)

OK WELL AS FAR AS THE PORN... HUN THATS SOMETHIN ALOT OF ADULTS LOOK AT THESE DAYS...SO I REALLY WOULDNT BE WORRIED ABOUT THAT AS MUCH AS I WOULD THE PANTIES.
