A wonderful vegan dinner. I try the best that I can to not use any sentient being or products that result in the use/abuse/killing of any sentient being. Therefore, I would serve you a dinner complete with the best vegan foods that I could find. If you didn't agree with my beliefs, I would feel forced to ask you if you would like to visit an establishment that caters to the both of us. I politely apologize for the fact that I cannot sacrifice my beliefs. But I will do whatever I can to make you feel comfortable with me. And, if you're willing to eat vegan foods, I would cook the best meal for you that I possibly can.

I would make a salad rich in romaine lettuce, purple cabbage, the sweetest of onions, and with a choice of salad dressings including a homemade raspberry vinigrette. And while that was being consumed by you, I would set out the various cheeses and crackers along with a vegetable soup that was homemade as well.
When it was time for the main course, I would place the cordon blu on the table, with lasagne and steamed rice, ribeye steak and peas, corn, and mashed potatos with gravy.
For dessert, a chocolate layer cake and with a side of homemade Chai Tea ice cream.

I would probably grill some salmon on the barbeque. Serve mashed cauliflower with Texas Toast along side something sparkling and non-alcoholic. Sorry, I don't drink (alcohol, that is). = )
P.S. Cherry cheesecake for dessert!

I could make some Beef Burgundy. If you're vegetarian, I could fix a strawberry-pineapple salad. But more likely than not, I'd take you out someplace so you could enjoy food prepared by people who can actually cook.

I'm in a barbecue mode now, so probably Carolina style ribs, roasted mixed vegetables, and if I was ambitious, cheesecake for desert.
