If you feel like a debt collector has violated the Fair Debt Collection Act then you can turn them into the SEC (Securities and Exchange commission) I believe that they have an online way to do this.

If you have proof that they are violating your rights, file complaints with the FTC, BBB, yours and their AG's.

If you have no proof, you have nothing to base your complaints on. If all they do is call and send nothing that violates your rights in writing, check the taping laws in your state.
If your state allows you to tape without informing them that you are taping, tape them when they call.
