I'm no doctor, dietician, or any sort of medical pro. But my guess is that your blood sugar levels are out of whack. When it drops, you get hungry, so you grab something sweet or sugary. This boosts the glucose level, so you're fine. But since it's refined sugar, it gets metabolized quickly, and your sugar level drops like a rock, so you're hungry again.

Eat fruit instead of junk food. Get some apples, oranges, bananas, whatever you like. Eat a piece of fruit instead of junk food, and it will smooth out your blood sugar level after a day or two. Then eat a normal, healthy meal WITHOUT ANY REFINED SUGAR, HONEY, OR ANY ADDED SWEETENER. That means sodas, frosted cereals, sugar in your coffee or tea, etc.

Eat a piece of fruit each day about midmorning and midafternoon, and it will help keep your blood sugar levels evened out, too. Drink water 2-3 times in the morning, and in the afternoon also.

Cut down on the junk food little by little. You can not stop cold turkey. It will take time. Try to replace it with something that is sweet but not bad for you. Example try eating a fruit vs. a chocolate bar. That would crave the sweet tooth that you are looking for.

if i have an addiction to something bad, i think things out: what are the consequences of eating bad? is this how i want to eat and spend my life regretting some addiction? do i really want to look like i eat bad stuff? if it really gets out of hand, you should definitely go and see a doctor. you could try out different healthy foods and see which ones you like best. but remember to balance out your diet. exercise will also help, so don't forget to include that in your schedule too. best of luck!
