why does it feel like the top of my nose is going to come through my forehead...?

i been told i have sinusitis and on antibiotics and decongesent, but my chest feels like its go a cement block on it, my ears keep on popping, my nose hurts every time i blow it and
i am tired, exhausted and hardly any appetite and thirsty, i go to a allergy specialist tomorrow hopefully to help my of these symptoms...anyone can relate please help what can i do in the mean time?

repeated or untreated sinus infections despite antibiotics need further evaluation by an ENT or a consideration of CT scan of the sinuses, talk to your doctor at length, good luck
