In OCTOBER 2006 the Nevada casinos alone made $1.026 BILLION dollars. One month. And that is pretty consistent month to month. So Nevada = $12+ BILLION per year. Add to that the casinos in Atlantic City, the river boat casinos, casinos on ships at sea, European casinos and you probably are talking $50 BILLION a year.

as with any business... all over the map... its an entertainment business and is likely to go up and down dramatically.

Try looking up some casino stocks, there are quite a few publicly traded ones. They will have their full financials up for everyone to see.

more than most people see in a lifetime. The pay more in taxes probably then the combined salaries of all your friends and family including extended family.
