Well no. Gel or greasy hairsprays that get on your forehead of cheeks can cause you to break out. Usually hair dye doesn't give you pimples but everyon'e skin is different! In hair terms dying your hair too much breaks it OFF causing it to fall out. My friend dyed her hair like once ever 2 or 3 months and she had bald spot and thinning hair she's only 16! Putting to much gel isn't too bad if it stays in too long it will stink and flake. So when using Gel you have to wash it more often than usual.

It can clog up your pores and thus give you pimples if you leave the gel or dye on your facial skin. If you make sure after you apply it that there are no traces of it on your face (especially along your hairline), you should be fine. You can remove the stuff by just washing it off, but since that might mess up your styling again, it might be easier to use a cotton pad soaked with toner.

Yes, it they can cause skin issues. Here's some info I have from a very good website I venture to often.
Hair-dye allergy is one of the commonest causes of cosmetic dermatitis in men and women. Some individuals are able to dye their hair initially without any problem, but may suddenly develop an allergy to the dye after repeated dyeing of hair. The face, ears and neck are often affected. (Fig. 5) The substance that often causes an allergy to hair-dye is para-phenylenediamine (PPD). It can be found in almost all brands of permanent hair dyes. Those who are allergic to PPD hair dyes must avoid all synthetic chemical hair dyes. The only suitable substitute here is Henna vegetable dye or metal pigment dyes.

Untrue. Actually if your hair is on the oily side it may help dry it out a Little. try to avoid Gels and Hairsprays on ur forehead if that is where the break out is occuring. also pull your hair off ur face when you sleep

yes, many things can clog your hair, so contributing to it is very dumb. the gel you use even though you can't tell spreads throught your skin and clogs the pores, dying it does the same because the materials get clogged in your skin.
