I recommend you see a chiropractor as soon as possible. They work with sports injuries daily. I've enclosed a link where you can find a good qualified chiropractor in your area.

Go see a good Chiropractor!! I have scoliosis and very frequent back problems and he is my idol! Do not let someone say Chiro's are some weird, freaky doctor either. They know what the heck their doing.....naturally without drugs or surgery. I do believe that sometimes surgery is necessary, however, I think it's way over done for this type of situation.

I once fell asleep on my arm for a solid 8 hours. Woke up and felt fine. Went to grab the coffee pot and dropped it because I could not move my right wrist up and down! Went into the ER after 8 hours of this happening and they were baffled! They had to call someone and ask their opinion. What I had was termed "drunkers elbow". A drunk sits at a bar all night with their elbow up on the bar and cuts off circulation to the arm. They told me a week to ten days it should come back and if it didn't that I was to come back for an EKG. I said screw that and went into the Chiro and within a week, it was fixed! Did not need any weird equipment or drugs to do it either. Cant hurt to try...right?

Once you have a back injury it is most likely with you for life. You might need to go to a massage therapist or a Chiropractor.
