No you are not overweight.
Water gain causes weight to fluctuate daily.
As long as you don't go over about 130 pounds you should be fine.

You're not overweight. You are healthy. But if you lost weight, it wouldn't be unhealthy. My dietitian told me that the basic rule is That a five foot tall woman should be no less than 100 pounds. For every inch taller you add five pounds. So you could go as low as 105 and still be healthy. But 124 is not an unhealthy weight for your height.

According to this weight calculator, you're about 19 pounds over the average ideal weight for females and about 12 pounds overweight for males. http://walking.about.com/cs/calories/l/blcalcweight.htm

But it all depends really. Muscle weighs more than fat so if you're fairly fit I wouldn't worry about how "overweight" you are. I'm guessing some of that random weight gain and loss is due to water.

124 is a very good weight for 5'1". your weight will fluctuate depending on what you've eaten that day, how much fluid you are retaining (I bet you weigh more just before your periods) and what time of day you weighed...
5 lb up and down is normal...

Your in the 82 percentile,

You weigh more than 82 percent of kids your age and height

You are at risk of being overweight, but you are still considered healthy.

yes you are overweight, but not by too much...especially if you are large framed (you are considered overweight by a medium frame). You should focus on cutting out sweets from your diet and adding 30 minutes of excersize into your day. you should lose about 6 pounds in a month. your weight always changes depending on how much you eat/ drink or if you are on your period or not.(many girls retain water during menstration, but don't worry it'll go away when your period is over!). good luck!

No you're not overweight at all!! Your BMI calculates to 23.47, which is perfectly healthy. You are in about the 50-75 percentile, which there is nothing wrong with that.

No...your not over-wieght. Your body is changing, and usually people our age 'pack some on' right before a growth spurt. I'm your age and know where your coming from. No worries...you'll be fine.

It's not unusual for weight to fluctuate several pounds from day to day. Your weight is fine for your height. Don't worry so much about it.
