well i've been taking whey protein since about Febraury and I used to weigh about 170lbs now i weigh about 185lbs..i asked a salesperson at GNC and she told me that whey protein dpesnt make you gain weight but produces lean muscle.....i;'ve also noticed that my arm definition used to be better and more cut...but now its lost it's definition but people who I've asked have sais that it lost it's definiton but my biceps look bigger so iwanted to know if whey protein makes you gain your muscle but lose you're cuts but gain muscle and if so.....how do i gain the definition again??

its not a weight gainer...only about 23 grams per servings and about how many grams of it should i take daily>???

supplemental protein does not cause an increase on the body fat percentage. the whey that you are using is it just whey protein or is it a weight gainer?

Sounds like a gain in body fat, make sure your not adding in empty calories somewhere else. I would lift harder or add in cardio before dropping protein supplements
