Breathe deeply through your abdomen and let the breath out slowly. Continue slowly inhaling and exhaling until you feel more calm.
Find an activity that you love and participate in it when you are stressed--for instance, gardening is one way I relieve stress, another is painting.

everyone has to find what works for them to relieve stress. a Jacuzzi, swimming, deep breathing exercises, Yoga, meditation, and getting into nature And away from the city.

Lots of ways. Exercising, doing something you enjoy, relaxation exercies such as deep breathing, reading a book, even sex. Many things can relieve stress.

everyone is diferent. it all depends on what u like to do. some say massage, fish, exercise, watch comedies, sew, it all depends on your personality. but for me it is too ride around and enjoy nature.
