Is this bad or good because this is what I am. Also, I'd like to be more fit for the summer since I don't spend that much time outside, I'm leaving to go to Europe and visit my family and old friends so I suppose I might get more fit there

Also, my little sister, who's 11 years old wants to know what she can do to keep fit and in good shape :P she has about the same BMI as I do :)

Best thing to do is buy a body band. It is inexpensive and a whole gym in one!

Your BMI depends on your height. An 11 year-old does not need to diet, and since you are the big sister you need to set a good example for her by not obsessing over your weight. Just eat healthy. No processed (Frozen) snacks or meals, no fried foods, or other junk. One hour of physical activity outside is the best thing kids can do daily to keep fit.

if you are not severely overweight or obese the BMI is meaningless. you should be getting your body fat percentage checked. the BMI does not take body composition into account so a person can have a low BMI with a high body fat % as there is no correlation between the 2 measurements.
