Free will my friend. God can't stop us from doing terrible things (like putting pineapple on pizza). Isn't this 1 of the 7 deadly sins?

A simple. A benevolent God gives not only good things, but the ability for people to discern good from bad. A malevolent God creates only slaves. Thus, the benevolent God allows people both to decide whether pineapple is placed on pizza AND whether such a choice is "good" or "bad."

Obviously you're God is not as great as the one I believe in! I cannot see how God has anything to do with what I might put on my pizza. In fact, pineapple is a wonderful change on some pizzas! Different flavor and wonderful contrast to say sausage! Maybe you should change religions and maybe even try a piece of pie with pineapple! I would think that any God you would choose to believe in would have more important things to worry with than what someone might put on a pizza! Open and expand your mind and maybe your tastebuds!!!

Pineapple plants do not have nervous systems and can't think, so they do not in themselves have rights to be infringed on. No one is feeling pain when a pineapple plant is killed, or when the dead fruit is cut up and put on pizza.
Now, I don't believe in God at all, but if I did the above would be a reconciliation of the belief and the facts.

my favorite way to eat pizza! (cheese pizza from Pizza Hut and 1 can of crushed pineapple) no pizza place ever puts on enough pineapples.
the benevolence is other choices, like for instance, "supreme, pan" (Pizza Hut)
also, pineapple, strawberry, chocolate banana split, w/whipped cream, nuts, and cherry on top.

I always prefer my pizza without pineapple, but then I'm allergic to pineapple, and suffer if I eat it...
