Are you sure of your spelling?

Fac et spera is a good Latin phrase - it means "Build and Hope', and would be a good motto. 'Spora' is not a Latin word, though.

It is Latin. 'Et' means and, but I took Latin 2 years ago so I don't know what Fac and Spora mean. Try searching google for "Latin Translator"

You probably mean fac et spera: "do and hope", and yes it's Latin.
