It probably isn't a mole. It's probably a wart, don't worry it's not uncommon. A wart is a virus, it's on every door handle you touch, and different bodies' immune systems are more susceptible to catching it. If there was a small opening on your forehead or if you scratched it and the virus happened to be on your fingers, it may just be a small wart. They can be easily frozen, and the face heals very quick so you shouldn't have a scar after.
By the way moles don't have to be pigmented. There are moles that are normal skin color.

It's not a mole because moles (nevi) are pigmented. It could be a wart, a cyst, or something else. (I was at a dermatology site a few days age and astonished at the number of things that can grow out of your skin. See
http://www.dermnet.com/menuCasePhotos.html )
Warts are often described as cauliflower-like. Google "wart" and click on "images" to see them.
Whatever it is, it's probably harmless, but you should go to a doctor to find out exactly what it is and how to get rid of it.

You need to go see a dermatologist, it might be nothing but it could also be a basil cell, which would need to be taken out as soon as possible. Just go have it checked, ok? better safe than sorry! Good luck!

i would go and see a doctor on this one. With skin cancer on the rise i would not take any chances. Wash your face with Ivory soap and let air dry, see if it clears up in a few days.

Best to check with a doc. It might be a wart, and not a mole.
