Three? I'm aware of Seven.

The Catechism of the Catholic Church, 1113 lists the sacraments as follows: "The whole liturgical life of the Church revolves around the Eucharistic sacrifice and the sacraments. There are seven sacraments in the Church: Baptism, Confirmation or Chrismation, Eucharist, Penance, Anointing of the Sick, Holy Orders, and Matrimony."

There are seven sacraments of the Roman Catholic Church as listed by others: Baptism, Confirmation, Holy Eucharist, Penance or Reconciliation, Annointing of the Sick, Holy Orders, and Matrimony.

Please note: Annointing of the Sick or Extreme Unction is often confused with "Last Rites". Last Rites are RITES and this is not the sacrament known as Annointing of the Sick or Extreem Unction. Rites include prayers and sacraments (sometimes more than one).

Annointing of the Sick is also described in the Letter of St. James (James 5: 13-15)

There are seven Holy Sacraments in total. I am going to assume you are asking for the three Sacraments of Initiation: Baptism, First Holy Communion, and Confirmation.

FYI: The others are Reconciliation, Holy Matrimony, Holy Orders & Anointing of the Sick.
