Too many carbs, not enough protein, vegetables, fruit.

You need to eat at least 1,200 calories a day and you need to get them from (in this order) vegetables, protein, whole grains and fruit. Dinner--I don't call that dinner. How about a salad? Grilled or broiled chicken or fish? Hot green vegetables? Brown rice? Or a baked potato?

You ate way too little and it was just a lot of wrong stuff. You started out ok with the grape nuts in yogurt but then it went downhill. And dinner of toast w/ butter, cinnamon, fake sugar and peanut butter is a terrible.

I think you may have an eating disorder.

You need more protein and less carbs for a balanced diet. If this is all you ate today, you will lose weight but it will not be a healthy loss. Fruits and vegetables need to be the center of a healthy weight loss diet.

NO WAY! You don't eat a lot. That is even too little LOL! Anyway, if you are worried, don't....but I would advise to try adding some protein to your diet...just to make you a little more healtier.
