Hey, So I'm looking to lose weight,I would like to loose about 30-40 pounds this summer, and I would like to do it on the quicker side? What are some things I can do without starving myself?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

taking off weight fast is not a healthy idea. The standard goal is to loose about 2 lbs a week, that is safe and makes it easier to lose weight and keep it off.

To lose weight you should do a mixture of diet and physical activities. A proper diet will ensure you're getting all the vitamins you need, and the activities you choose can be things you enjoy! Such as walking, biking, swimming, jogging and more.

Drink lots of water!
Increase your protein, and also your fiber.
(makes you feel full).
Try 5 small meals a day, instead of 3 big ones.
Make sure to eat breakfast, and include some protein there.

Move!
walk. swim. jog. bike.
Whatever.
weight train.
No money for a gym?
So what.
Lift canned food from the cupboard.

Pat yourself on the back for trying!!!!!
