I have pretty thin lips. I've tried everything over the years...even lip plumper!...and the only thing that works for me is to take a neutral lip liner (nothing lighter than your natural lip color), line the outer side of your lips (upper and lower!), then completely fill in the entire lip with the same lip liner! It helps if you put on just a little lipstick or chap stick to help it go on smoother. But, just a little! By filling in your lips with the same lip liner and color, not only do your lips look bigger, but the color will last for HOURS!!! I prefer a regular lip pencil that you sharpen compared to lip liners that you turn and they go up. My friends are always amazed at how my lips stay on all night when we go out. :) You can add just a touch of gloss, but only to the center of the lips...but I prefer them to be matte as it stays on longer. PS...Lip plumper doesn't really do much. It makes your lips tingle and only makes you THINK they are bigger because your lips are numb. AVON, MAC, Revlon, Victoria's Secret...I've tried them all and had the same results. :)

Use lip liner and line your lips right outside your lip line. This will give the illusion of fuller lips. Color your lips in with the liner and put your lipstick over top. Use a gloss over the lipstick...it will make your lips stand out even more!

Lip injection lip gloss makes blood rush to the lips making them temporarily swollen and big. it's so cool :)

another thing - don't gloss your lips because it makes them look smaller, and instead go around your lips with nude lip liner. It looks subtle but makes your lips look a lottt bigger. good luck!

i've read that if you use lipliner right outside the line and then fill it in with lipstick it gives the appearance of bigger lips. also, lip gloss helps but only if you place it towards the inside of your lips, not the entire lip and i believe avon sells lipstick that actually plumps up your lips.

Um without lip injections you can line them to make them appear larger. Start from the crease of your lips but go slightly above the natural lip line. also stay away from a matte lipstick which will make them appear smaller.

Gloss reflects light so it also makes it appear larger.

Lip Plumper...You can find it at any drug store like CVS or Rite Aid. They even have it at Victoria Secret. It burns for a few minutes but that's only because it's actually like numbing your lips to make them look bigger

Draw really big lips with some lipstick, then use a lip liner to outline them.

If that doesn't work, try some wax lips.
