my thighs are colossal. well that 's what i think. THUNDER THIGHS! do you know any effective excercises that would increase the size of thighs?

jogging/running is the master of weight loss. seriously. it well slim and tone your whole body.

to decrease the size of thighs - I stumbled upon this quite by accident. when exercising on the little trampoline, I just started doing the 'step out to the side' move, instead of just jogging in place. they sell a piece of equipment on infomercials that do the same thing, but you don't need it, you can do it anywhere. i lost inches from the waist down.

walking lunges work best
and squats

but make sure on squats your back stays straight and you bend at the butt first
and NO HANDS TO HELP

my coach makes us do about 15-25 of each and 3-5 sets of those

lay on your side and do leg lifts, do them slow so you feel the burn. also you can get on all fours and lift you leg like pretend you are a dog goin pee on a tree LOL funny but thats the only description i can think of. again do these slow up and down and try to hold til you feel the burn.

put a basket ball between your knees and squeeze and release do that a few times and you will feel it in your thighs
