Your asking for an opinion. Personally, I am also a C. Sometimes I would like to be larger, but most times I like the way I look. My nose fits my face. Sometimes I like it, and sometimes I think it's too large. I know that I look at least 20 yrs younger because when my daughter and I are together we confuse people. I have thought of body altering procedures, then I rethink because I am a bit hesitant about having to live with the posibility that I would not like the outcome. The fact is I believe that your not being able to decide could be solved by maybe a new hairstyle, new glasses, something modern, access your wardrobe and make some changes that will accentuate your assets. If you don't already start working out. It's amazing what a little free weight workout can do for the chest. It's like a lift and augmentation without the knife! I personally don't want anyone cutting on me voluntarily. Think about another avenue. I am sure you are beautiful just the way you are.

I think a c cup is fine. I've had a reduction b/c I was very large. Believe me large breasts are painful and clothes are hard to fit. I've had a nose job b/c of a deviated septum, but b/c of that surgery I have a perforated septum; that's just one of the rare risks of the nose surgery. My nose looks fine & I'm breathing better. My nose is starting to shape up & it's been about 6 months. If you choose the nose job be aware that the final shape of your nose will take about a year or so. Just b/c I have a perforated septum b/c of my surgery doesn't mean that you are anyone else will. But do whatever you're more comfortable with. If you feel great about yourself as you are then there's no reason you shouldn't have a cosmetic procedure to tweak how you'd like to look. Don't let anyone discourage you or try to make you feel like you're being vain. It's just a little routine maintenance. Good Luck.

A small C! No way! You don't need breast implants. And only get a nose job if you REALLY want one! I would research your doctor before you gt it done though. Because there is always the possibility of it going wrong! But it's all entirely up to you!

Don't get implants. I work for radiologists. Over time the breast tissue adheres to the implant. When you have to get mammograms when you are older you need to understand that the machine cannot see through the implant. They have to pull the breast tissue away from the implant in order to get a good view. It's painful and even then they cannot see the entire breast tissue. Most insurance companies will not pay for mammograms if you have implants, either. You're probably young and not thinking about things like mammograms yet. But, someday you will and it will be important to you.
Think about it.

Honestly, whatever makes you feel good. But you may want to look at which one gets less scarring, recovery time, pain, etc. then make your decision. I heard that the nose is EXTREMELY sensitive to the touch for a long time after the surgery though. but if you want to, consider the fact that there IS a lot of viewing of your breasts by doctors, etc. if that would at all influence your decision.
Hope this helps!

dont get either!!! First of all a C is big!! If you get any larger im sure your boobs will not fit your body! And when you become a mom you don't want to have these big jugs! [ur boobs also get bigger when ur pregnant so imagine....D implants & pregant? ur boobs will be huge & not attractive.] Also, i was thinking about getting a nose job, however, you should think about the risks. First off, a lot of times you wont like your new nose! And theres no replacing it...second you should be happy who you are...i used to hate my nose because it is a little pointy but everyone says that is my best feature. So good luck & please dont change ur apperance! im sure ur beautiful

Do you have any idea how painful a nose job is???? It's unlike anything you have ever experienced before! You can't breathe out of it and it is numb for months. Plus it's extremely painful! Get the boobs!

Stay away from breast implants. Go online, find the Discovery channel, and see Discovery health specials on implants. They have lots of potential problems.
Nose jobs today are easier and safer; find a Board certified plastic surgeon, preferably one who does many rhinoplasties a year.

There are better, less intrusive ways to make yourself feel better about yourself. Lose the vanity and go for something that is real.
