Oh, don't worry. If you are breast feeding, it will take you longer to lose the weight because your baby needs rich, sweet, fatty milk from their mom. Anyways, my mother is losing baby weight right now. The baby will stress you out and that will help.
Go swimming alot ( dont be self concsious of how you look )
sit ups and jogging. You will see results in a week.
run with the baby
congratulations, by the way

FIRST things first... relax... you just had a baby take a minute and enjoy the fact that your body is changing because of something precious that you have brought into the world. I would start slow by walking if you have a tredmill walking on an incline is AWESOME for getting used to working out ... an hour a day when the baby is sleeping would be perfect you can read mag. or even watch TV. take a walk outside depending where you live it is beautiful out and i am sure your baby will enjoy the weather... next thing is portion sizes... since you do not have a baby growing inside you anymore there is no NEED to eat as much as you were ... get smaller plates and try nad only finsih half of what is on it and EAT SLOW... you get full more quickly...

good luck:)

just be happy dont worry aobut he numbers on a scale

Start by contacting the nutritionist I used to help me lose weight and stay healthy after having my baby. He gave me great advice on products to use and they were all natural and he even checked everything against my meds. Try www.myhealthabc.com, the support you get is just the best and there is only the nutritionist that you deal with. I lost 36 pounds in four months by following his advice and just about every part of my health improved. I am sure this guy can really help you achieve what you want. Good luck

First take a little while to enjoy your new baby. Your body needs time to adjust as well. Then try to start walking you can put the baby in a stroller or you could get a jogger and jog as well. Weight watchers has always been a good thing as well. My strongest advise is to relax for a little while and let nature take its course.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

The following diet and health program was developed for the employees and the dependants of General Motors Inc.

I have lost about 60 lbs. in the last year or so....(from a 38 jean to a 33).
You have to want to do it,
I really started watching and thinking about what I ate, I didn't really give up anything, I just ate less of what I did eat.
Drink lots of water, stay away from cokes...(unless they are diet).
I try to leave a little on my plate every time I eat, you have to watch your portion size if you want to do it.
Buy some pants that are one size too small that you really like, that is a really good motivator, then when you can fit them, do it again until you are the size that you want to be.

I wish you luck in being the person you want, take it from me,
it truly is worth it.
