"Nothing is worth more than this day."
-Johann Wolfgang von Goeth
Everytime I think about this quote, I know he's right. We all know that tomorrow is never guaranteed, though you can't tell by the way we live our days. Thinking about this quote even now reminds me to slow down and savor my day. So I'm going to go and curl up with a book and a nice cup of coffee.
Thanks for adding to my day with this question!

When I met my husband (obviously before he was my husband) I told him that we wouldn't work because I was damaged goods and then I had all these plans to go in one direction w/my life. And when he proposed I thought about it and I knew that no matter what I had planned to do, it meant nothing if they didnt include him, so in my vowels I used my favorite quote..."Sometimes on the way to your dreams, you get lost and find a new one".
or, "if you want a place in the sun, you have to put up w/a few blisters"

This is so true for the current times, when you think of it.
"Do not rejoice in his defeat, you men.
Though the world stood and stopped the Bast*rd,
the Bit*h that bore him is in heat again."
One definite "true" part of today is the Terrorists; they just keep coming like cancer. There's no end to them.

You can't mess with Mark Twain when it comes to quotes...
"If we were meant to speak more than listen, we'd have two mouths and one ear."
Or, just for laughs...
"Clothes make the man. Naked people have little or no influence in society."
