There are only two directions.Either you are working to go uphill, or rolling backwards. Don't fool yourself into thinking you are sitting still. Which direction are you headed?

I hope I'm going uphill. I have started leading and arranging services at my church so to make sure I know what I'm talking about I have been taking a bible course since January. All that I do is voluntary. I don't get paid nor expect any reward here in this world.

I'm moving uphill.
But don't fool your self either; God does tell us to "Be still and know that I am God," sometimes. It is possible to stand still within the Lord and not be in danger of rolling downhill.

a day passes, a day closer...though sometimes we feel we are further away, he is there beside us...when life is hard , that is....satan at times put this impreesion that he is not with us...same thing happens at the cross whern Jesus said: WHY HAVE THOU FORSAKEN ME? it is not that God is far away...no.. God is there all right with him....and so with us...if only.if only our eyes could see that he is there besides us all the time (even when we try to forsake/ignore him..this shows how true love is...only from God and those who are in him..)God bless

i am growing closer, and proud of it. yet humbled by Him too.
but those who are falling, would not really admit that they are falling away.
they would either push it away, or say that they are fine. or ask "how do you determine if i am falling away from God."
