do they normally come with cd disk to install them as iam trying to install one and it wont.

As others have already said, Leanne, your webcam should have come with a CD, which contains the drivers.

Having said that, do make sure that you're attempting to install the correct drivers for the webcam that you have.

There does still seem to be a bit of a problem with Windows Vista, and companies not putting out drivers that are compatible.

If you're unsure of the url of the manufacturer's website, simply type in the name of the webcam (brand and model number) followed by the words "driver download", in just about any search engine, and you should be alright.

Go to the manufactor's website and download a "driver" or "firmware" or something like that. Most come with a cd with a driver or some are Plug-an-play which works just out of the box. Depends on what kind.

Yes they do, go to the manufactures web sit and download from there.

yea,all webcams should come with a disc so u can install it on ure computer.
