Even if I get 8 hrs a night of sleep, or 5 to 6 hrs a night...I have gotten up the next day for the last couple of weeks...and I feel like JUNK! Is there anything I can do to have a strong energy level?!

Have your thyroid level checked....you could have serious thyroid issues....Hypothyroidism

I know exactly what you are talking about. I'm going to keep a diary for a couple of weeks on what I eat, the amount of sleep and the weather of each day and take it to my doctor and see if we can nail this down. But that's my suggestion, see your doctor. It could be depression, vitamin deficiency, who knows? Get Checked out. Good Luck

Do you have mono? You should go to the Doctor and get a battery of tests to determine why you feel this way. What has happened in the last few months of your life? Anything new? Is there a reason for this?

See a doctor. You need a good physical check up with blood work done. It could be your thyroid or diabetes among other things. See a dr. soon.

It could even be depression. do you have anxiety or worries? Is there like thoughts that wake you up? Anything connected?
