Well your can wrap your hair, but if you have never done it before you need to go to a African American salon and have them do it the first time and show you how. Your hair is flat wrapped around your head in a circle and then you sit under the hooded dryer and when they comb the wrap out your hair will lay smooth with body and a kind of whiskey look. I think it actually looks really good on white ppl. You should try it. Good luck. Please add me to your contacts and email me w/ any hair questions you have via yahoo answers.

There are wet-to-dry straighteners that you can use, but it looks like you don't want to damage your hair with heat.
Buy some hair products available from your local supermarket that make your hair smooth or straight and let your hair air dry with this product in your hair. Sunsilk is a good brand for this kind of stuff.

There is this wonderful new thing called the Remington wet2straight hair straightner. It costs about 25 dollars, but it is worth every penny because it dries and straightens your hair at the same time. It's better than a normal straightner! It is less time consuming and it gives you better results. I didn't believe it either when I got it, but it really does work, even if you have really thick hair like me! You can get it at Wal-Mart or Target.

Use hair serum. I recommend Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Serum. It's about $20.00 but it's concentrated so it lasts a long time and is totally worth the money. Any other gloss or shine products will work but use any heavy gels or any sprays with alcohol. These aren't healthy for hair.

Get out of the shower, shake your hair and squeeze the water out with your hands, then when it is no longer dripping but still wet, apply John Frieda Frizz Ease (optional). then put it up in a bun and a headband. Go to sleep like that and in the morning your hair will be silky smooth!

Is your hair fine like mine?

If so, I just let it dry naturally or with fan if in a hurry. Blow your hair with a fan until it's half way dry then comb or brush it frequently until completly dry. This does the trick to me.
