even though your friend is 16 you don't say much about him as a person. yes he should know better but his older sister should know alot more. I have a feeling she is the instigator in this and maybe making him have sex with her and a way of manipulating him. I think you as a friend should explain that is not right and illegal and suggest he tells his parents. Are you sure your friend isn't just telling you a lie and taking great pleasure out of watching your reaction and of course the reaction of all of us answering here?

If its true its illegal and to be honest sick, I can not honestly say I know one person who would want sex with their brother or sister.

I suspect if it is true they have both probably been abused as children and it wouldnt do you any good going to the parents as its probably them who did the abusing in the first place.

This can't be true and if it is what the hell is going on there? What a weird perverted family. This is totally wrong and disgusting. Maybe they were both sexually abused as children and don't know what is appropriate sexual behaviour. This has to be stopped!
