I prefer requiring employers to check immigration status of all employees. The would have 90 day to fire any illegals before they are fined into oblivion. The illegals won't have any money to send out of the country and will deport themselves.

They've already paid tax on that money when we earned it. Remember that an employer can't deduct wages paid as an expense unless they've run it through the system and withheld taxes from it.

No taxes are due simply because they're sending it out of the country.

That's like asking Americans to pay additional taxes to the U.S. when they spend money in other countries. Ridiculous!
