That is a little ambitious, but maybe not impossible.
You need a halthy diet to maintain health and energy.
Take a multivitamin. One a day makes a good one that
supports weight loss. Then plan 3 meals a day and 2 snacks.
Get 2-3 servings of low fat or non fat dairy, 5 servings of fruit or veggies, 1 serving of bread/pasta/rice/potato/cereal, and 2 servings of protein. Eat a little somethng every 3-4 hours. Walk. Drink water. Avoid sugar, sodas and alchohol.
Good Luck!
