To lose weight do I have to run and then sit ups to build abs or can I just do sit ups. I have heard that to lose weight if u just do sit ups the muscle builds up under the fat and u end up getting bigger?

sit ups build muscle, they dont burn fat - so, yes, your belly will look bigger.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Losing weight is a systemic process. you need to burn more calories than you take in. Proper nutrition and working out is most effective. If you build your muscles you will burn off more calories when at rest because the metabolic demand will be greater. Running will help you lose weight but there is no such thing as spot reduction. You need to do all over fitness to be effective and long lasting. I reccomend you look at crossfit.com for more in depth and more researched information. Good Luck

For weight reduction: Cardiovascular excercise, as in walking, there is not any higher means. I are not able to converse about tablets because I haven't any abilities of them, but i would not trust them you on no account be aware of what side effects they may purpose or if they are even valued at the cash! That you can also curb on sugary meals, but for each bad thing you consume, force yourself to do an hour of cardio work to make up for it. It relatively does make a change. The harder you work at it, the faster you will see results. Belly muscle tissues: you are able to do muscle squeezing excercises even as sitting at your desk (search google for more information) or you are able to do sit down ups. If sit down usabother your back, there are some low cost equipment available in the market that support support your again and goal the special muscular tissues, you are going to need to seem somewhere like Dick's wearing just right for those. Hope that helps! =) good luck!

If you just do sit ups you won't get bigger but the muscles will build up under the fat and be undefined. You need to run at leats 4 days a week and the weight will melt off. You need also, to eat a healthy diet. If you eat less than you burn then you will loose weight.
