we have been bestfriends for 3 years and now hes acting funny. a few examples are...he was eating and put 1 end of the noodle in my mouth and the other in his (the lady and the tramp thing) but i bit the noodle b4 we got 2 close cuz his family was around...did he want a kiss? plus if i flirt with some1 esle he gets jelous...he broke up me & my man... he wanted to watch porn with me...we always share food and i can liick sompthing and he will eat it! he will put candy or sompthing on his tounge and tell he "come get it!" plus he will slap my butt...plus if i sleepover at his house he always wants me to ware his clothes for pj?(whats witth that?) PLUS he tells he im"really really attractive".im a really dirty minded person and so we always joke around sexually but he says hes only like that with me...i dont know what to do with him! or want he wants from he...and with everyfriend i have he always asks if that person & me R together...but i dont think he just wants sex but i DOSNT bug me

Seems he like you a lot but doesn't want to get played the "friend" card in case you just like being close to him. If it was just for sex, you would have known by now. You don't mentions ages, but the behavior seems to say that he isn't sure that you notice him like that and he is being patient. Let him know if you are attracted to him, but you two should talk about how you are going to keep your friendship if a romantic relationship doesn't work out. Good luck!

It sounds like you are dating already but he is too immature to really ask you. He is afraid to get serious. Don't just have sex because that will ruin the friendship. Ask iff he wants to get serious then wait until he changes and grows up a little before you let it get physical.
