I want to swim, but i have pimples on my back,chest. It is very imbarrasing. I would like to have no pimples..

On my back, and chest. Because i have a bikini, and it shows my back and chest. So, do you know anything good that gets rid of them on your back and chest. Not practive, not a dermaligst. So please. Nothing that you have to buy online. Something that you can just ran to wal-mart, and get it. :D Thank you in advace

well i used a biore face wash and a clearsil ultra cleasor pads, they worked great, make sure to get oil free stuff, don't touch your face as much, drink plenty of water and take one or 2 showers a day at least!

There are some over the counter products that treat "body acne", which is a different formula than facial. Cleansers for the face might not work as well on the back as this is a tougher patch of skin. Drink plenty of water, make sure you are keeping clean with regular showers, and find a good oil free moisturizer.

theres bacne stuff at cvs i think only cvs that you wash with and then apply a 10% benzoyl peroxide based cream..i think its 10& and thast the most they can put in a cream..well over the counter 2% is the most..but this has 10% im pretty sure..it mite be available at other places maybe...and its embarassing i think maybe it has two r's

Try swabbing on some plain alcohol. Do that every day and you should see the inflammation start to go down. If your skin starts feeling too dry from the alcohol then only dab it on the spots that need it.
