Personally I have no problem with anyone of any nationality living here legally. Actually I would try to do whatever I could to make them feel welcome. I also think that it should be easier to legally live here, but only after it is determined that one is not a threat to national security. With the possible exception of Native Americans, everyone in America is either an immigrant or related to one.

I don't care personally. I can't imagine anyone objecting to someone becoming a citizen legally. There does seem to be too much debate/arguing these days about immigration issues. Unfortunately the people who object are usually stereotyping ethnic groups as well. Immigration since the beginning has contributed good as well as bad elements to the United States, something that opponents seem to forget.

I can't speak for all 300 million Americans, but I have no problem with them. I work with several (Scottish, actually), and it's been an entirely positive experience. There's even a few business that cater to Brit expats in the general area - a couple of pubs and a grocery.

All legal immigrants are accepted here. Contrary to what some may say, we're pretty open minded to people from other cultures. You'd be received well.

Personally, I welcome LEGAL immigrants from almost everywhere in the world, into the US. Only exceptions are terrorists or other people trying to get this country for any illegals means.

I whole-heartedly welcome any and all legal immigrants, regardless of their country of birth. After all, every one here, including Native Americans, immigrated from somewhere. I just strongly object to the illegals. They are the ones ruining it for everyone else.
