take a deep breath and close your mouth, pinching your nose closed. blowhard but do not open your mouth. This usually helps the ear release the pressure. If this doesn't work it probably will go way within a week. If you're really concerned see your medical doctor.

Trying yawing. As your mouth is open it usually pops your ears.
Hold your nose and hold your breath and breath out.
It's more annoying than dangerous. But, if it isn't helping in a few days (2-3), see your doctor for other ideas.

Whenever my ears won't pop I walk around opening my mouth really wide, like how wide your mouth is when you yawn. You may look funny while doing it but it usually does help.
