You know what...there may be some stuff in the Bible that says that being gay is wrong...i'm sure it will be quoted to you here but there's also stuff that says that slavery is okay, that you can punish a child with death if they're offensive to you. Don't worry about what the book says. True Christians are people who love their fellow man/woman. And if you and your girlfriend are happy...if you do your best to live a good life...and if you love your fellow person as much as I love you then I don't think God's going to have a problem with it. Best of luck to you...I wish you nothing but happiness.

As James M said do not let people steal you god and your faith, Trust in the lord and savior he will lead you in the right direction
I tire of hearing people telling others that they are going to hell for this reason and that reason. God is a God of Love he will lead you in a way that he See's fit. Trust God to lead you and your GF in the way the truth and the light. Know that he is love and block out the hate that so many people like to throw in the face of the world
So many times you see Christians and believers spilling hate in the name of God it drives me nuts to see these people do this if we would just love one another and concentrate on the fact that God loves use unconditionally this would be a great world to live in
JOHN 3:16

It actuall y does say that God is againt homosexuality. Read Romans 1 and Leviticus 19. There are other scriptures included where it says 'He created them male and female". Quite simply, it is against God's creative order. I hope that you can come to terms with these things. Continue to love your gf, as Christ would hve you love her - as a sister. God bless you.

read the book of Genesis, in the beginning god created Adam & eve, not Amy & Eve. So sorry to tell u haveing a sexual relationship with the same sex is a sin. just ask god your self he will show u himself. Take it to the lord in prayer.

The Bible clearly states that a man should be with a woman. Thats why God made Adam and Eve. Not Adam and STeve or vise versa. SOrry darling it's wrong!

Try Leviticus 18:22. This verse specifically calls homosexual relations an "abomination".
This talks about male/male but it also applies to female/female.
I am not judging you or your relationship but you asked for a Biblical answer.

Sorry, but God DOES forbid the relationship of marriage between same sex couples. He instigated marriage for the pro-creation of babies. He set it up in Genesis by saying that a man and a woman would leave their parents and set up home.

Now in the New Testament, in Romans chapter one, God makes the case that there is a downward sinful spiral : (now watch this slope downhill. . .)

20For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse.

21For although they knew God, they (A) neither glorified him as God nor (B) gave thanks to him, but (C) their thinking became futile and (D) their foolish hearts were darkened.(
( 22, 23 missing - not relevant) (see the A, B, C, D?)

24Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to (E) sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another.(25 not relevant)

26 Because of this, God gave them over to (F) shameful lusts. Even (G) their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones. (that means they chose women as mates (I said that)) 27 In the same way the (H) men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. (J) Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion.

So you see, homosexual acts are shameful in God's sight. You may be in love with your gf, but you must not lust or have sex with her. The sex act is reserved for opposite sex people to make babies. Can you make a baby? No! So you can have a gf, but should not act as though she is your 'wife'. Or show the world that you are a couple. Not godly.

If you are interested, there are groups of people who would help you get re-oriented to an opposite sex area.

1 Corinthians 6:9 in addition to many other verses will be thrown at you by fundamentalists...all the while ignoring that this verse also says that adulterers(divorced/remarried) people will also not inherit the kingdom of God.

Don't look for people for justification...look to God...seek his guidance and his judgement...only he knows your heart....and yes you can be gay and be Christian...don't let anyone try to steal God from your heart.

But it is clear in the bible that God created MAN and WOMAN, and they can be united as one, with the purpose of procreation or companionship or union. I don't blame you for being such but is always good to see what God wants us to be.

Listen, do my personal view on homosexuality really matter to you? Because if the opinion of me, a anonymous stranger online, really matter to you, then you have some problems. My view on homosexuality aside, if you conscience is clear, then I'm not gonna condemn you.
