Are boys allowed to have their bar mitzvah on Rosh Hashana at a conservative temple if the torah is read?

Typically most synagogues dont do bar mitzvah services on the high holidays like Rosh Hashana. So you might be hard pressed to find a place to do it.

But their is no rule against it.
