You need to ask him if he would ever really want a relationship with you! If he says he is not sure then you should just forget about him cause all your going to do it just keep on hurting your self wishing you two were together! If he says yes then try to make more of a effort get together like make a plan to go somewhere, set a date, and time! You could probably just do that right now to just to see how the date might go and see how he acts when you try to make the plan! If he is weird about it then just forget him!

Seems like he is not ready for relationship with you or other girl. If you feel so hurt that he doesnt give you the chance, let him go, you dont need this anymore. Who knows other guy willing give you the chance to start the relationship. Dont let anyone pressure you down, you have a life and use that! Good luck! :)

You can't "get" him into a relationship. One wonders what you are trying to do here. Are you trying to trick him into a relationship? Lie him into a relationship? Why not just talk with him, spend time with him, and just see where it goes? Sometimes relationships develop, sometimes they don't, that's life and that's the fun or the journey. Relax and just enjoy him and when he feels less pressure he is more likely to like you, then if he feels all this intense obsession you are suggesting.

firstly, don't use caps!!
secondly, he doesn't sound worth it. to be honest, judging by your question i would guess that you're about 14, and guys your age dont want proper relationships, that's just what they are like and no-one can change that. if you're really serious about him, then give him up - one outcome would be that he just gives up, which proves that he isn't worth it, and the other outcome is that he becomes committed to trying to get with you, so it is ok either way.
