See who is getting the grants and other free monies to propulgate this. As long as they can scare enough people into believing the more money they get over a longer period of time. Complain to whom? I say it's time for us to demise. The earth will be much better off without us. I think both of the ice caps will make a lot of difference when they melt, and even small temperature rise can cause ice to melt.

The North Polar Icecap is in the water already so if really won't make much of a difference when it melts.

The South Polar Icecap is so cold (-50F) that the rise in temps that they are talking about won't cause it to melt.

If humans were wiped from earth it would probably a good thing for the planet. The earth would go back to its natural state relatively quickly.
If the ice caps melted, the entire planet would not be completely flooded, mostly the coastlines and low lying areas, so humans would still be around.

do your homework, wow... if temperatures rise, then it stands to reason that evaporation will increase as well; right? well where is all that water going to go. if this SCARY scenario plays out, then snowfall would increase at the poles. it is all but impossible for the polar ice caps to melt completely.
