I've been best friend with since i was like 3 lately I have been getting jelous when i see him with girls and he has always been there for me, he is always making me feel special.

Being jealous doesn't necessarily mean you're "in love" because you can be jealous of someone's time with another person in a totally platonic or a family relationship too. You very well could love him but if you're still really young, you have to give things like that time because it's not always meant to be. Oftentimes childhood friends grow up together and end up growing apart but still are good friends...they just aren't meant for a relationship. Why don't you talk to him about this and see what he says if you want something with him?!
In my experience and from the advice of many women much older and wiser than I.....
You're in love when:
-He roles over with horrible morning breath to kiss you and you don't care, you kiss back and smile.
-He has a horrible day, is in a grumpy mood and you're driven to do anything you can to make him smile
-You've tackled tough relationship issues, fought it out and at the end of the day go to bed with your feet touching under the covers to say "We're ok, I love you"
-You can't imagine anyone else touching you, kissing you or making love to you because you only want him.
-You talk about him nonstop to anyone who will listen
-You see yourself together many years down the road
-When he is hurt you feel it too, when he's happy you feel it too, when he accomplishes something you brim with pride
-You're willing to put his needs and desires above your own
-You respect him

Well, when you are in love, yes, you do seem to get jelous of seeing that person with somebody else. It feels like they are ripping your heart up. But when you have him all to yourself, even though he is next to you, he is still the only person you think about. The only person that you see infront of you. Your whole world seems like nothing when he's not around. Even though he is right there laying next to you, you miss him even before he leave. Hoping and praying that you get to see him one more time. When you kiss him, you hope that that kiss will last forever and never end.....and when it does you want to do it all over again. He is th eonly person you think about all the time. The person who you want to talk to 24/7. The person you can share all of your secrets, and embarrassing moments with. He's not only the person you love the most, but your best-friend. When it comes to life and death, you will save his in a heartbeat. You will do anything for him, and support him in all of his dreams. You're not selfish. You are always giving and don't even think about receiving. You give him everything, even if you think its nothing. You do everything in your power to not let this love slip away. Instead of letting it die, you make it grow. You give your all to him. When he's not with you, you feel a part of you missing. You always think about his happiness before yours. Just by looking at him ,he puts a smile on your face. You can never stay mad at him no matter what he has done (except cheated or disrespected you). And most of all, you just feel it in your heart.

You may not ... or at least not in the way that most people think. Love isn't something that usually happens, and one might argue, never happens, at first sight. It takes time to truly understand the depth of love, to get past lust and infatuation, to get past hormones and social pressures, to get past our own immaturity and our own wants ... love takes time, years, sometimes decades, to truly settle in. Because, for one thing, love more than anything else, lasts and is reciprocated. One doesn't know that until decades down the road. Sad to say.

The question your asking isn't easy 2 answer.... But when you think the other person your with is the only person u can see yourself with in the future its because u love them... Maybe your starting 2 fall in love with friend... Only u know 4 sure....

sometimes we get love confused with infatuation. i think that true love comes at the right time and ou will know it by the way you feel about the person. it will be a different feeling that you have ever had.

when you fall in love you cant think , and when you see him start shaken if you decide to talk with him when you met him you forgot all the words, to fall in love that means you are such an angel ask god for fly between haven and give mercy for every one how have pain

I knew I was in love when my husbend kissed my hand It sent a shock threw me And I had heard people say they had felt this shock but when I felt it I knew . :-) Good luck !!
