You raise a question that many young people ponder, and older people avoid. Though doctrine would suggest that animals have no place in heaven, the truth is, we have no idea what lays in store for our furry friends. In reality, we know very little about what lays in store for us. The 10 commandments are part of the Old Testament, which is part of large theological system of stories, myths, and writings. The New Testament, however, tells people that there are only two commandments to follow, "Love the lord your God, and love your neighbor as yourself." Though it is wonderful to have the laws of the Old Testament summarized by only two commandments, the implications are quite profound. We must love God, and also value one another the same amount that we value ourselves. Though animals cannot live up to this same expectation, the message of love that is exhibited from the "new law" would suggest that a loving and caring God might not only bestow heaven upon humans, but animals as well.
It sounds as if you might be trying to reconcile the Bible with reason, and if so, good luck. The Bible can serve as a great spiritual guide, but it is neither a history, nor an exact explaination of religion and God. You must allow it to guide your thinking, but not trump your common sense.
Good Luck

The biblical response will be that Humans are the only creates made in the likeness of God with the ability to choose between good and evil.
Animals were not given the 'breath' of God in the same way that humans were, and so are not capable of moral choice and so have no moral responsibility, unlike humans.
If you don't like what the bible says, experience would tell us that animals can't make moral decisions in the way that humans can.
Therefore I don't think any Christian or other religious believer would say that animals do go to hell.

The Lord made man in his image, not animals. And man was created to rule over the animals. We can reason and think, and we know what is right and wrong, and animals don't. They don't reason, so they can't follow the 10 commandments.
For the second part of your question, I have found nowhere in the Bible that says that animals are going to hell. Perhaps they will be in heaven, or in the new Earth, when God re-creates it. I don't think anyone but God knows that answer. We can only speculate about it according to what the Bible says.
May the Lord guide in finding your answers.

You can't prove or disprove God's existence. If God did indeed create everything, it would be impossible to split apart that creation into concepts that you could use to prove his existence.
In addition, an omnipotent being can be as specific or nondescript with his commandments as he wants to. With the inclusion of free will, or the ability to disobey his will, even humans can choose not to follow the 10 commandments. Therefore, the practice of obeying the 10 commandments can not be used as a criterion for his existence.

When God created Adam and Eve, the Bible say that He breathed into their nostrils the "breath of Life" and mankind became a "living soul". There is no place in the Bible that say that animals are living souls. They are living creatures, but they do not have a soul. I don't believe that animals go to Hell. Since they don't have a soul, they just simply die. We humans, however, have a soul that will either go to Heaven or Hell. To go to Heaven you must accept Jesus as your personal savior. His blood paid the price from our sins. Believe in Him and confess your sins to Him.
I hope I helped you! God Bless!

I don't even see how your statement could even be considered as proof of anything!
Let me turn the table on you part way a bit. I could argue that animals and all creation EXCEPT mankind is abiding by God's Laws and wills. The commandments weren't made for animals, but for people. Many times God sets humans above the rest of creation yet we let God down so much....

It's hard to answer this question because I don't understand how you think it follows that God doesn't exist just because humans are obligated to obey the 10 commandments and animals aren't. I also don't know why you think animals go to hell.
So the only question I really know how to answer is "why must humans obey the ten commandments?" An obligation is, by definition, what we ought to do. So to say we have an obligation is the same thing as to say there's something we must do. So the reason we must obey the ten commandments is BECAUSE they are commandments. I realize that's a tautology, but the question, it seems to me, is just as meaningful as asking, "Why are circles round?"

Now my uninformed fellow, allow me to enlighten you. First, hell is the grave, not a burning pool of molten… blah blah blah. That’s a very common mistake. Second, animals do not have souls, we do. We follow the Commandments because we can- animals are too unintelligent to understand such things (obviously). And even according to the ones who believe in the “lake of fire”, animals do not go to hell. If you were to research and think your own question through, you would have come to a logical conclusion already…

Animals were created to be animals they will not go to hell. they were put on the earth for their own special purpose. God Created Humans in his own image. Therefore we are subject to his laws the 10 Commandment's. He sent his Blessed Son Jesus Christ to save the lost which we all are.
Will animals go to heaven I would imagine so, I can not imagine heaven just being for humans. I believe that God created animals to bring unconditional love into our lives and also to provide with a source of food and clothing

According to the same doctrine, animals have no soul and it is souls that interest the Almighty.
Besides, no matter how many (or few) cattle you own, you will not let them live in your house, sleep in beds, eat your food, drive your car. Those are reserved for your children. The so called heirs to your estate.
Same thing with Him. He has called us Sons and Daughters. He has made us in his image. Heaven is reserved for us.
Satan does not even want animals since they have no soul either. Recall the story of Jesus driving out Legion into a herd of pigs that jumped off a cliff and died. Satan will use mankind to do his bidding but as animals have no soul, they are of no use to him.
