hello, i'm 17 and i really would like to get rid of this belly. I mean, i do a lot of exercise, 30minutes bicycle every morning, and two hours working out in the gym every afternoon. I keep a tight diet always trying to eat healthy things. I am not fat due to the fact that i work out, but this belly just doesn't seem to go away. I do a lot of ab training as well, and i can feel my toned abs underneath the fat. I am really desperate as its been one of my objectives and it just doesnt go away. I would like any kind of advice, from supplements, tablets or anythign you consider to be useful to me. Thank you.

Belly fat can be caused by a dirty colon.I know it sounds gross, but plenty of water will help flush it out,and create a flatter stomach.this is a slow process so be patient.Drink 1/2 of your body weight in water daily. If you weigh 130,drink 60 ounces of water daily.Good Luck

Are you on any prescription medications? I know some have weight gain as side effect- and if you are working out, that would explain why you are not just gaining weight, but maybe it is making it harder to lose some of that fat- I know when I was on a prescription years ago, And I workout all the time, it was my abs that started getting this layer of fat and I could feel the muscle beneath....but yeah, my pants were tighter too, and I had no idea until the doc told me it was the meds.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I'll bet you any money that most woman would love to have your tummy, it sounds like you are in good shape and worrying to much about how fake models look in magazines (those pictures are airbrushed and unrealistic). I would kill to have a flat tummy again but after having kids it is a little droopy. Unless you ahve lost a lot of weight and have stretched skin...you most likely look great. Be realistic and try not to be so critical of yourself. You probably look great. Enjoy it while it lasts.

low carb diet, low intake of white products like bread, pasta, potatoe's for a while as these make you bloated and put on fat around the waist line. =]

Pills are not safe and you should talk to a doctor, dietician, or a nutritionist. You can do crunches/sit ups or it might be hereditary.
