It's probably constipation. Most people are constipated and don't even realize it. The intestines start having spasms and that's the pain you feel. You can place a heating pad or hot water bottle on the area for twenty minutes. This will relieve the pain.

It's important You take a powdered fiber supplement first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Increase your intake of fiber foods such as, brown rice, oatmeal, fresh fruit, and vegetables.

i am 12 weeks pregnant and had the same thing. I didn't panic, but made an appointment and asked my doctor. how embarrassing.. the pain was just gas. because i suffer from on and off constipation, my intestines produce more gas then usual and it get trapped and it hurts like hell. if it's just gas for you too, then you'll be fine if add more water and more fibre to your diet.

Good news is it's not your Appendix. But that is the general area of your descending colon and you may be having trouble with your intestines. Could be irritable bowel syndrome or constipation too. Ask a doctor if it continues.

Not nearly enough history or information there for anyone even to guess the diagnosis. This is not really a safe and reliable way to get a diagnosis, seek medical advice.
