peanuts...provided you're not allergic to them. about 20 yrs ago, i was seeing a doctor who had a brain tumor. he'd found some research on peanuts aiding in different types of headaches, and tried it himself and found it helped him. i had just started getting migraines and he told me to eat a handful of peanuts (not peanut butter) every time the headache was coming on. it's worked for me, for regular headaches, and has reduced the pain--sometimes--for mild migraines. it can't hurt to try it, they're cheap and nutritious. hope this was helpful.

at school massage the temples in a circular motion for several minutes. Also place your thumb and index finger on top of your other hand between the thumb and index finger and hold this point for several minutes. Hopefully this will work. It's a good idea to have a snack every three hours, eating a small amount of food will help decrease headaches. Just don't eat junk food, a yogurt, a banana or some nuts.
When you're at home place an ice pack on the back of your neck and lay down in a darkened room. Do this for fifteen minutes. This should also help reduce headaches.

Why can't you take Tylenol at school? Get a small bottle of tylenol and keep it in your purse or back pack.
Pepermint is known to reduce headaches. You can use pepermint essential oil and rub it on your temples. Bath and Body Works used to make some but I'm not sure if they still do.

It depends on what the headache is caused by. Any headaches caused by dehydration, including a hangover, all can be helped with water. If the headache is caused by another source, water might not help too much.

This might sound wierd, but I heard that it really works. Take a lemon, cut it in half and put it in a baggie so you can take it to school. If you feel a headache coming on, go into the bathroom and rub it on your forehead. I have not tried this, but like I said, I heard that it works. It's worth a try! Good luck!

You should hold your tongue at the top of your mouth, just like you would to stop a brain freeze.
Too much blood is getting through, causing too much pressure.
Heres a link ..it is the same concept to migranes as it is to ice cream headaches.
It's called Dilation of arteries.
I hope this helps!

actually, there isn't any kind of food that can do that but if you have a lunch box or bag than bring an ice pack with you and when you get a headache then you know that's the time to take it out. So i hope that my idea works!

well you can pinch the skin between your thumb and index finger. This will relieve the pain. but you have to hold it there. and pinch as hard as possible.
