Does anyone know the rules in the state of Nevada for judgements that could pulled from your place of work?

In the state of Texas, debt collectors cannot garnish your wages for credit card debt.....does anyone know if Nevada has this law as well?

Garnishment
25% of Disposable earnings for each week or 30 times federal minimum hourly wage (whichever is less)

In the State of Nevada....wage garnishment IS legal.

But they need to sue you first and obtain a judgment. Cant do anything till they get a judgment.
