Dissent is not really terrorism and it would be hard to prove in a court. I do think some dissent is sedition – and that might not be so hard to make a case for. Just to note the website from Alabama, they really need some work on that page – the colors are lousy and the text is marginal as best. It was almost as informative as YA - and I am not sure anything someone in Alabama says is applicable to the government as a whole.

Financially supported or being an accessory before the fact of aiding known foreign nationals to willfully try and coerce the lawful citizen population of the US and its government into submission is most certainly a certified act of terrorism as well. Especially when these same foreign nationals' original representing government, as well as "international labor organizations" also aid in this endeavor. They have just supported and aided in terrorism as it is clearly established. see the problem created when we have two forms of government operating within the US. One based on "policy" and the other based upon "law". The latter of these two is what is being applied for the protection of those foreign nationals. The first of those two is what is being applied to us, the "legal" citizen. The people backing thses foreign nationals want to move them from being protected by the latter of the two, into the one first listed. Why? Incorporate them and make them "legal" so as to use them as assets that can be borrowed against. Right now, they are free. so the question then becomes, are we? i just figured you might really want to know why they don't do anything to the illegal immigrants that protest for supposed "Amnesty". I personally think it would stop if they ever learned as to why they are being allowed to protest for something they don't even really understand. So as what is spelled out here and what has physically taken place(if you just look) shows that our constitution is a certified act of terrorism as established within the patriot act as well. except of course until the need arises when it benefits a monetary goal and utlimately the control of that monetary asset. This is not conspiracy theory, it is what it is.

Terrorism is the use of bombs, weapons to try subverting a society or government that doesn't go along with their wishes, speaking out against the government is not terrorism, dissent is just words, if you feel threatened more by that than "the terrorists", you are the one with issues trying to match rhetoric with " the terrorists" you supposedly oppose, the tactics of a terrorist is "always to demonize people who don't agree with them" if you are willing to give up freedom even when it makes you unconfortable for security, you deserve neither!

Why sure! The population would certainly resent what is being done in our name, if we only knew! And truth is not easy to see when barraged by media and talking heads, blaming the other guy for problems and complacent sheeple earning their daily bread (minus the withholding). Patriot Act is meant to silence opposition. It is pretty effective. at demonizing dissent. Patriot Act II more so.

Dissent is not terrorism but if the criticism supports the terrorists it is contributory to the aims of terrorism.

They are more of a threat than the opponents in the middle east. They can live, walk, talk and work amongst us in a country that will do nothing about it. Theres a lot of Timothy McVays out there and I expect our next terrorist attack to be from one of the militias but our government will make sure it is reported that it is the work of jihadists.

When it involves systematic attempts to intimidate via violence & the threat of violence, sure.
Dissent is saying "I don't agree with you, here is my polite and reasoned argument..." Dissent is not "Die you evil #&$%!" *BOOM*.
