Apparently He never even made her aware of the choice of baptism, or, I guess, neither he nor the apostles thought that Baptism was that important.

The amount of characters allowed for a question limits the giving of facts on 1st sight. I try to get as much information into the question as I can, presuming Christians know their own Book well enough to understand.

John 8;7
7 So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.

8 And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground.

9 And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.

10 When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee?

11 She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.

Apparently baptism isnt that important
See verse 11 Niether do I condemn thee;
go sin no more.

The Bible does not say that the woman repented of her sins at that time.

Jesus told her to "go and sin no more".
It can not be proved but it just might be that the woman did follow Jesus after that and did learn more and was baptized.

Of course it could be that she decided not to do what Jesus said but what she wanted, she may have left there and found another man and sinned again. If that was the case then the baptism would never have occurred anyway.

What ever happened after Jesus said that to her, was not the important part of the "story", the main idea was "STOP SINNING AND DON'T DO IT AGAIN".

You or I have no way of knowing what took place after His words to her.

How do you know she wasn't baptized? All we know is that it wasn't recorded. It doesn't say she wasn't baptized. There are many things that went on and were done that were not recorded. The gospel writers weren't following Jesus around writing everything he did and said. The things that are written in the Bible were inspired by God. We need to look at what is written and learn what God is trying to teach us.

Argument from silence.

And just what is the "logic of sin and 1st stone"? Do you mean when he told some people that "He who is without sin should cast the first stone?"

Baptism wipes away our sin, but Jesus Christ would have no reason to cleanse the body with water since He is the fountain of truth within Himself. No need to use water when it is He who forgives all, which He did.
"Go you are forgiven of your sin, sin no more".
We need baptism because sadly we are not in His physical presence until that moment of grace, with the symbol of water, light and oil.
God bless and continue to question, that is the only way to truth.

Baptism is not something you do just on a whim. It is a serious decision and takes time to make.

Baptism is not a pre-requisite for salvation- it is an outward expression of an inward transformation. Jesus did not condemn her, he forgave her, and told her go and sin no more. That is what Christ does for us as well.

I understand that verse was not originally in the Matthew scroll. It was added latter in 325AD. Why? It was still probably true, and it is such a good lesson to learn.

Are you kidding? They didn't even think telling the truth and following the 10 commandments were important. Jesus was a donkey theif, he told his followers that no one could get to god without going through him, he killed a fig tree because it wasn't in season, and on top of all that, he kept changing the rules for what it takes to get to heaven, depending on who asked him (most people consider that fraud worthy of the likes of used car salesmen and evangelical preachers!).
