I agree with others who have answered here about seeing a chiropractor. I worked in a chiropractic office for twenty years as a consultant and I have seen conditions that doctors said could never be treated, improved and people having a better quality of life. I've enclosed a link or you can find a qualified chiropractor in your area. Make an appointment as soon as you can. The difference will give you a new life.

It sounds like you have carpal tunnel syndrome to me and what causes this is your forearm muscles and arm muscles compressing on your median nerve...which runs from your neck down to about your wrist. So one of your muscle that runs along or around this nerve may be tight...i suggest that you get a massage from your hand up to your neck reg do it about 3xs a week for about 2 or 2 and a half weeks...if you cannot afford a therapist try it yourself...also...using a cold pack along your arm muscles for about 15-20mins can alleviate the pain for a little...(don't use the ice pack for so long though if you have taking any kind of medication or have a serious health issue like diabetes...lessen it to about 10 mins.)...also do a lot of stretching for that arm...and hope you feel better soon...any questions...feel free to contact me...

my uncle had the very same problem. despite what some may say about chiropractors and kinesiologists, you may have a pinched nerve or a damaged vertebrae that a back alignment just might not fix. i suggest you get an MRI and see what's going on back there, so as not to do anymore damage.

See a chiropractor. You may have pressure on a nerve and being aligned will alleviate it in no time. Acupunture can be quite effective also if you have any in your area. Sometimes you can find both working together to maximize the benefit to you.

You might have a compressed disk in you lumbar vertabrae. So i think you should go get an MRI on your neck. (If you dont know what that is you can ask your mom or something)

yes it can by the traditional way. But the course is the way you lay on your bed at night. Let both shoulders rest and make your cushion do the rest
