You are an 18 year old girl who visited another country. You had a great time visiting and met some new people. One person you met is me a 17 year old american guy. You became I guess you would call it friends. When you left you hugged and kissed him on the cheek goodbye and both of you know you will see eacother in the summer. 3 months later after you went back home that guy asks to be your friend on myspace. What are you thinking? I really just did make one and was just searching and happened to find her myspace. I was going to ask to be her friend then say hey____ everyone has a myspace so i finally decided to make one. How are you? How have you been or What have you been doing?(which ones better?)

both of you had no way of contacting eachother before this

I want to do it so bad right now, but I have to wait until I at least get a few friends on it because then it will really look like I just was looking for her

I don't think it makes a difference. If she really likes you, it shouldn't matter who ur friends with on myspace.

I am not 100% sure of what you are trying to ask, if you are asking how to come off cool and not as a stalker then my answer is don't think so much about it. If you feel that your Myspace is not where you want to be that is one thing, but don't think so hard about this, just do it. When you are excited about a new friendship or even relationship, no matter what stage it is at, it is very easy to over-annalyze yourself. Myspace is a great way to keep in touch. Just be cool!

Nothing's wrong with her being your first friend on MySpace. You became friends abroad, and MySpace is the best way to keep in contact, for the time being. She isn't going to think you're just out looking for her, if she's your first friend. If anything, she should feel flattered. Don't worry about how to phrase a queation to make it not sound awkward. You're just going to screw things up that way. There is no such thing as strategy in friendship. Just be you. If she doesn't accept that, why bother with her?

Do you have a question here? It seems like you're just telling a story.
Everyone has a Myspace account. Why not create one, invite a few random people to become your friends & then invite her. People will accept your invitation if you tell them you're looking to network, etc...

I have a myspace page and have found and contacted so many people...even my first grade boyfriend found me! After all these years he still remembered my name...crazy huh....I say go for it even though you dont have many friends...if she really likes you and you like her why not contact her and lose her...contact her and tell her you finally found a way to get in touch with her! Good luck!!

Yeah make a cool page and ask a whole lot of random ppl to be your friend. wait a few days till you got atleast 20 friends then send her a message. you dont wanna look like a stalker. ask how she's been and whats been up lately

If you want to contact her do it. what is the difference in doing it now or waiting? Ask her to make you her friend so that you both can talk.

Yes - definitely write to her on myspace! Chances are she misses you too and would be excited to get a message from you. Your casual greeting is good too. Good luck :-)

Be honest, just get on and say Hey, just thought I'd see if I could find you. We seem to have a lot in common and I thought we could communicate more on myspace.
Good Luck
